                                The 80/20 rule - also in the world of maintenance 
                                The 80/20 rule of thumb applies also to the field of maintenance:  Invest 80% of the time in preventive, planned and proactive maintenance and about 20% of the time in breakage maintenance, which is a kind of "putting out fires".
                                    Proper and comprehensive preventive maintenance reduces breakage maintenance. The less breakage maintenance there is, the better the quality of the guest experience and there is also a cost savings on repairs. Effective preventative maintenance needs to be planned in advance, measured and monitored.
                                
                                The end of paperwork and excel sheets: standardization and tracking
                                Rezid.net allows you to define smart maintenance protocols that vary according to timing (e.g.: morning, night, work shifts, etc.), periodicity (e.g.: weekly, monthly, annual, etc.) or according to additional dynamic parameters. The protocol guides the maintenance manager and their staff step by step throughout the maintenance stages, whether it is periodic maintenance or audit, detailing what needs to be done and what information is required to be collected (e.g.: water meter registration, pump pressure, pool pH, etc.).
                                    The system allows the definition of protocols at the level of a single hotel or at the chain level, thus incorporating lateral standardization in the maintenance processes. All hotel systems are mapped and cataloged, and the history of treatments and reports is saved for quick retrieval from the mobile device by scanning a code physically attached to the various systems.
                                
                                Room maintenance and audit - also at the annual level
                                In addition to the maintenance of the current building systems (fire detection and extinguishing, heating, ventilation, etc.) there is annual maintenance of the systems at room level (such as cleaning filters of air conditioners, shower heads and more) and inspection of furniture and equipment in rooms. Rezid.net makes it possible to define annual work plans for rooms and public areas and to monitor graphically the progress of the work.
